It was a long day today.
Breakfast ---> chocolate spread and strawberry sandwich + white bread with butter [2 pieces of bread, 4 strawberries]

snack ---> an orange + a mug of goat milk
Lunch ---> porridge + boiled beef + three prawns + stir fried spinach
snack ---> keropok lekor + cendol
Dinner ---> iced milo
supper ---> a strawberry
