Dinner ---> a cup or frozen loose corn + two sausages + a fried tofu with dark soy sauce + four fried tempura chicken nuggets + mango drink with nata de coco + two pieces of KFC potato wedges with cheese

This morning I only licked the chocolate spread off my spoon for breakfast before heading off to class. In my bag, I've got my food with me.
I don't know how to categorise my food today, let's just say in the morning, I had ---> three slices of bread with chocolate and apple jam spread
Then I donated my blood, and had a glass of sweet milo + a glass of sugarcane drink + two pieces of keropok lekor.
For my very late lunch ---> a bowl of porridge + vege soup + fried chicken + longan drink
snack ---> two slices of pickled salak + a slice of pickled mango
dinner was the same as lunch + a tomato
supper ---> five pieces of Tiger cream cracker + ovaltine mixed with half a packet goat milk
I'm already so sleepy.

Today is a very bad food day for me. :( I woke up late, hence everything went haywire.
Then we had an early break from class, so, I went to have
Brunch ---> a plate of white rice + some stir fried spinach + one fish
Snack ---> a glass of goat milk + two small slices of papaya + pickled salak + a slice of bread with chocolate spread
Dinner ---> a large bowl of home-cooked Bandung noodle + sliced beef + vege + three small slices of papaya
I am SUPER full!!
My sliced papaya is officially finished. I still have some tomatoes and oranges for this week. Which fruits should I get for next week? Suggestions?

Today was really quite non-productive. I attended class at 8 am, but the lecturer did not come in till lunch time. Thank god, though, that Kak Ju, one of classmates treated me for lunch. Thank you Kak Ju :)
So for today,
breakfast ---> two slices of bread + chilli anchovies as filling + chicken mayonnaise filling
snack ---> two small slices of papaya
lunch ---> a bowl of rice + fried chicken + a bowl of soup + dark soy sauce + slices of cucumber and salad +longan drink
snack ---> two slices of papaya + a mug of goat milk + one fish-shaped bahulu
dinner ---> one and a half slice of french toast + chicken mayonnaise + shredded carrot + sarsi drink
at midnight I can't help myself but to rummage through my fridge for something to munch on.
supper ---> a couple slices of pickled mangoes + a small slice of papaya + several halves of pickled salak fruit.
Oh, for the record? I'm really annoyed with those ants in our house that think our drinks are their public pool and our meal their wild food party. Hmph!

Today I went out with my sister to eat out. Hence I didn't eat at home. Boy how wrong I was. We only met during lunchtime due to train congestion. *sigh* I was so hungry by the time I saw her, that I had to pop in a candy [which I rarely do] to get some glucose into my system.
So,
Not much of a good distribution of food/meal time, though I suppose I still fulfil my food pyramid recommendation. Except for the veges. No wonder I could not get flat tummy?

Snack ---> nil
Dinner ---> A plate of rice + vegetable soup + chilli anchovies + a slice of salmon + half a peeled manggo + two small slices of papaya.
Supper ---> a mug of half packet goat milk

This is my foodie blog, my food diary, and this is my first post :) I'm still having my flu + throat infection + coughing after more than a week. Thank goodness that at least I'm no longer feverish. So, note to self, plenty of fruits and fluid diet is IMPORTANT! I want to get better soon :)

Snack ---> 3 pieces of jackfruit + a peeled mango [uncut]
Lunch ---> a bowl of porridge + stir fried beef with vege + longan drink
Snack ---> a mug of goat milk + 3 pieces of Tiger biscuit
For dinner I went to a 2010 Arts Award, so...
Dinner ---> a plate of flavoured rice + a piece of chicken + slices of beef and tofu + half of a potato + two slices of orange and three slices of watermelon + very sweet greenish drink
Sound like a lot? I didn't count the calorie, though, I suppose I fulfilled my food pyramid requirements except for the veges because there was no vege for dinner.
Alas, it's a good day. Let's see what happens tomorrow :)
