I am happy with what I eat so far today.
Breakfast ---> half a plate of white rice + soy sauce + quarter of a fried terubuk fish [leftover from yesterday] + some vege [cabbage + tempe] + one jambu air

snack ---> a glass of goat milk
Lunch ---> half a plate of white rice + soy sauce + quarter of a fried terubuk fish [leftover from yesterday] + some vege [cabbage + tempe]
snack ---> a chocolate muffin + three sliced strawberries + nutella spread
Dinner ---> a cup or frozen loose corn + two sausages + a fried tofu with dark soy sauce + four fried tempura chicken nuggets + mango drink with nata de coco + two pieces of KFC potato wedges with cheese
