Breakfast ---> chocolate spread and strawberry sandwich + white bread with butter [2 pieces of bread, 4 strawberries]
snack ---> nil
Lunch ---> nasi lemak samba sotong + a bowl of taufu fah
snack ---> corn and banana porridge
Dinner ---> chicken flavoured maggi + slices of beef + three prawns
supper ---> a mug of goat milk + ovaltine + a slice of cheesedale cheddar cheese.
