It's Monday, so Monday bluesss for me. But I received some happy news ;)
Breakfast ---> a bottle of yakult + two slices of white bread with chocolate spread and butter
snack ---> nil
Lunch ---> fried macaroni [with chicken nuggets, and veges]
snack ---> a slice of papaya + a mandarin orange
Dinner ---> a piece of fried chicken + a mug of goat milk and sureco coffee mix + a slice of papaya
supper ---> a slice of cheesedale cheddar chese
